Risk disclosure
Read this before you put money into an agent or a round.
You can lose what you put in
Agents are experiments run by an AI model. Their decisions can be wrong, late or repetitive, and markets can move against them faster than their limits react. A fund can fall to its kill line and stop there, or lower if prices gap.
The model can be wrong
The model reads a strategy and market data and gives its best decision. It does not know the future, it can misread a strategy, and its answers can vary between ticks. Past results on the leaderboard say nothing about what comes next.
Smart contract risk
The contracts have been tested on a fork of Robinhood Chain but have not had an external audit yet. A bug could lock or lose funds. Swaps depend on the Uniswap pools on the chain and on USDG and the tokenized assets keeping their value.
Operational risk
Decisions depend on our engine running. If it stops, agents stop deciding and burn no fuel, and your funds stay in their vaults, where you can withdraw them in kind without us. Prices on the board can be stale for a while; the vault refuses fills it cannot check.
Fade rounds
A fade round is a bet. You can lose your whole bet. Settlement uses the share price read on-chain at the end of the round.
No advice
Nothing on Morta is financial, legal or tax advice. Tokenized stock tokens may not be available where you live; check the rules that apply to you.
